Lovely Lilliana

Hello all and welcome to another "Wonderful Wednesday", my term for my day to post at One Crazy Stamper.  Time is sure flying and it is almost the first day of Summer and almost time for me to go on vacation.  That is something I am really looking forward to.

The card I have to show you today is made with an image from Saturated Canary.  I first found these adorable images by Krista Smith in digi form and was so happy when they were produced in rubber as I could now hold the image in my hot little hands.....weird I know but that is just me.

Here is Lilliana made for friend's birthday:

Rainbow Apples for the Teacher

Good Morning.  It is Friday and I am sure many of you are looking forward to the weekend.  I was off the past two days and have very long shifts to work over the next few days so no weekend excitement here this time.

Two of my niece's children are finishing school next week ~ one is graduating from preschool and one is graduating from Kindergarten.  Way to go B and C!!!  Aunt Heather is proud of you.  My niece asked me to make cards for each of their teachers.  She needed five so after talking it over we came up with a 3" x 3" notecard set that the kids could write their own message in (with a little help from Mom).  I used the same layout for each just a different colour of the rainbow:

The set:

And each one has a matching envelope:

RECIPE:
Card Stock ~ Recollections
Patterned Paper ~ Creative Memories
(All paper used was from my scrap bin)
Cricut ~ Paisley cartridge Apple cut at 1 1/4" real dial size
Tim Holtz Tea Dye Distress Ink
Stamps ~ Peachy Keen Everyday Face Assortment
~ My Pink Stamper "Everyday Occasions" (Thank you)
Buttons ~ Michael's $1.50 bin
Twine ~ American Crafts
Martha Stewart Scoreboard (for matching envelopes)

I hope the teachers enjoy their cards along with the small gifts they are getting.  I had fun with this set and may do more in the future.

Thanks for coming by again today.  It makes my day to see who visits and leaves me comments.  Have a great weekend.  And, keep crafting!

Chilax!!!

Good Morning!  Wednesday has once again rolled around and it is my turn to post at One Crazy Stamper.

I have used a beaver image from High Hopes Stamps.  Want to know a little secret ~ I first thought this was a frog and almost coloured him green?  LOL!!!  Two things I especially like about this stamp company ~ you can almost always find a sentiment to match your image in their line and they are Canadian :)

The card I have to show you is for the upcoming Father's Day on the weekend for my son.  It uses his two fave colours ~ lime green and orange.
